We thoroughly enjoyed its good hot breakfasts!

Booked modern & fully functional room with sea views. The breakfast had excellent choices, including scrambled eggs and vegetable, sadly we were in a hurry and didn't try all of it.

We found everything good, totally recommend it to others. The breakfast here was hot with pancakes and squirty cream, for example. The location was fantastic and magnificent, near supermarket, beach, local buses to Ibiza town and airport, ferry to formentara for day trip, the resteraunt, and bars and restaurants.

The breakfast had lots of options: scrambled eggs and vegetable. The hotel's position was magnificent and fab, near the centre of Ibiza, and buses a ferries from there to the rest of the island. It was a short walk from Restaurante Marvent, where you can have lunch.

Reasonably clean accommodation, brilliantly friendly and extremely polite staff despite the efforts of the hardworking staff. 27 minutes drive to the airport.

Our room was extremely spacious and huge with kitchenette and the staff were amiable. The location of the hotel was very central, next to shopping centre, and the festival.

They gave me a clean and absolutely brilliant room with dryer, wardrobe space, 3 showers.

Two pools - one for toddlers, next to a park; friendly, helpful staff; fun and relaxing family holiday; rooms clean with air conditioning; modern and contemporary feel to the hotel; good size pool with plenty of sun loungers.

The location of the hotel was the best aspect. The bus and taxi terminal was just around the corner, with regulatr and on time bus services connecting you to other parts of the island. There are also four very nice beaches within working distance. The one we spent the most time at had the dive centre of Punta Arabi located on it, a nice relaxing chiringito and safe beach for children and non swimmers. From the hotel it took us an hour to walk to Santa Eularia and the Wednesday hippy market just 15 mins.

About the hotel itself. I arrived slightly early and was told that my room was not ready and told to come back in an hour, I could of course leave my bags there. When I came back an hour later the room still was not ready due to previous guests late checkout. I was told to go away and come back in 45 mins. Instead of wondering around I asked if I could wait by the pool. In the instance good customer service would make them at least offer a bottle of water due to the heat, but I was offered nothing. I then came back an hour later and my room was finally ready. I stay in hotels all over the world and always leave my credit card as guarantee and pay when I leave. This is also what I expected from this 4 star hotel. I was told that they wanted the amount in full before I could go to the room. I said my partner would be arriving later and would pay which they accepted. The next day when my partner and I came back from a day trip whislt passing through the foyer the receptionist called us over like we had done something wrong and demanded that we pay the full amount again. I was made to feel like a criminal as other guests were standing there. I did not appreciate this treatment and voiced my opinion. This is also the first 4 star hotel I have been asked to pay 20 euros plus 10 euros deposit for a safe which did not even have space for my laptop. Also the TV remote had to be paid for as well and also WIFI, which I feel is very strange as most restaurants and bars in the area offered free WIFI. Seems that instead of offering such a cheap price and adding on extras which customers are not aware about when booking, they should just charge a flat rate and include all these extra's. I will be contacting the manager to discuss there policy on making customers pay in full when they already have there credit card and in my case my passport as well.

the staff insisted i paid in full upfront.. this booking was a rush booking.. upon realising i had come to the wrong place i asked if i could pay for the first night and be refunded for the remaining 2 nights. after the staff member called his superior, he said yes. I then booked another hotel via your web site.. i was then told their would be no refund.. I am very angry at the unproffesionalism of the staff member and would like my 160 euros back as promised. thank you. colin

The food was brilliant, included scrambled eggs and vegetable. The room itself was exceptionally clean and huge on level 2 and had essentials I needed.

Spotless hotel and large room. Varied and tasty breakfast. Good selection of affordable options at the bar. Friendly and helpful staff.

The size of the room, and the fact that there was a kitchen. The pool is very nice and the location is perfect.

The room was spotless and new-fashioned with a NICE view of the sea. Power shower was large and everything was impressive.

The location was excellent, close to the centre of Es Cana, in the relatively quiet area. The breakfast was nice hot exactly as I hoped, with pancakes with chocolate sauce and squirty cream, for instance
